NEAR TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
NEAR Protocol (NEAR) has entered a corrective phase after a strong September rally that lifted the price from around $2.30 to nearly $6.00. Since reaching its October high, momentum has weakened, with the token forming lower highs and gradually moving back toward lower price levels.

NEAR is now trading around $4.50 after briefly moving below the previous October lows. With the price still below nearby resistance, the next reaction could help determine whether buyers begin to regain control or whether the correction extends toward lower support.

NEARUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

The recent decline pushed NEAR below the previous October lows around $4.30, sweeping Sell-Side Liquidity beneath the short-term structure. Although buyers managed to recover part of the decline, the reaction has so far remained limited. The price continues to trade below the resistance zone around $4.70–$4.80, leaving the short-term bearish structure largely intact.

A stronger recovery above this area could signal improving buyer momentum and weaken the current bearish setup. Another rejection, however, could keep downside pressure elevated. The next significant downside level is located around $4.00, where additional Sell-Side Liquidity remains below the October trading range.

This level is particularly relevant because the recent move below $4.30 did not produce a decisive bullish reversal. Continued weakness below the $4.70–$4.80 resistance zone could therefore leave room for another move toward the lower liquidity area.

NEAR price target

The first major Buy-Side Liquidity target is positioned near $5.45, followed by additional levels around $6.00, $6.25, and $7.30. These upside targets could become more relevant if NEAR manages to reclaim the $4.70–$4.80 resistance zone and establish stronger bullish momentum.

A sustained move above this area could improve the short-term technical picture and bring $5.45 back into focus. Further strength could then shift attention toward $6.00, $6.25, and eventually $7.30. On the downside, the current technical picture remains cautious. The recent Sell-Side Liquidity sweep around $4.30 creates the potential for a bullish reaction, but stronger confirmation would likely require a recovery above nearby resistance.

Until buyers reclaim the $4.70–$4.80 area, the possibility of another decline toward $4.00 remains technically relevant.
