The latest pullback has now brought the token back toward an important support zone around $2.10–$2.40, where the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement near $2.20 is also located. The next reaction from this area could help determine whether buyers are able to rebuild momentum or whether the correction extends further.

CVXUSD - 1 Day Time Frame
The recent recovery began after CVX briefly moved below the previous October lows near $1.80, sweeping Sell-Side Liquidity beneath the short-term structure. This move was followed by a strong bullish reaction, with CVX gaining more than 50% before reaching a recent high around $2.70.
The strength of that rebound suggests improving buyer momentum. However, the broader structure still contains several important resistance levels above the current price, meaning further confirmation may be needed before the recovery develops into a more established bullish trend.
The latest correction has brought CVX into the support zone around $2.10–$2.40. The 0.5 Fibonacci retracement near $2.20 runs through this area, adding further technical significance to the current price range. A constructive reaction from this zone could suggest that buyers are beginning to regain control and may support another attempt higher.
A sustained daily close below the lower boundary near $2.10, however, could weaken the current setup and increase the possibility of a deeper move back toward the October lows.
The first major Buy-Side Liquidity target is located around $2.90, above the recent October high. A sustained recovery toward and above this area could strengthen the bullish structure and create room for further upside.
Additional Buy-Side Liquidity is positioned around $3.90 and $4.20, which could become higher potential targets if the recovery develops into a broader bullish move. For now, the main technical focus remains on the $2.10–$2.40 support zone and the 0.5 Fibonacci level near $2.20. A constructive reaction from this area could keep $2.90 in focus, followed by $3.90 and $4.20 if momentum continues to improve.
Conversely, a sustained break below support could weaken the recovery and increase the risk of renewed downside pressure.
