To withdraw fiat from your BITmarkets wallet, you would need to have a verified bank account. If you do not have a verified bank account, you may send a recent bank statement with your first and last name to [email protected].

Follow these simple steps to withdraw fiat from your BITmarkets wallet to your bank account:

1. Log in to your BITmarkets account, and head over to your myZone portal.

2. From the wallet selection options, choose Spot Wallet.

- If you would like to withdraw funds from a different wallet, you would first need to transfer the funds to your Spot wallet before being able to withdraw them.

3. Next, click on the Withdraw button and toggle the Fiat option.

4. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the fiat currency of your choice.

- Currently, only EUR-dominated withdrawals are supported, and the minimum withdrawal requirement is €100 or equivalent when denominated in any other fiat currency.

5.If your bank account appears in the “Select your bank” field, simply click “Confirm”. If no account is displayed, add it by clicking “Add bank account”, fill in the account number/IBAN, the bank name, upload a bank statement as verification, and then select “Confirm”.

6. You’re all set! The funds should be credited to your bank account within the next business day.

BITmarkets charges a withdrawal fee from 2.5% of the nominal value allocated for withdrawal.
