Crypto Made Simple

When I took on the challenge of differentiating BITmarkets — our exchange- from other crypto exchanges, I already knew that this goal was extremely ambitious since it comes down to simplifying the crypto and blockchain technology despite its rather complex nature.

A cryptocurrency is a currency too since it serves as a mean of exchange between people. Thus basic economic rules apply to cryptocurrencies as well. But then there is also the subject of cryptography, that is, the protection of the currency and the way in which it is written so that it cannot be copied, stolen, etc., all while maintaining the anonymity of the participants in each transaction.

Bearing “crypto made simple and accessible to all” in mind while at the same time receiving valuable input from our existing customers, we came to the conclusion that the language and, generally, the way we express ourselves, is fundamental to making complex things understandable to others.

Based on the aforementioned we upgraded our platform to include all the languages of the countries that we are currently operating on as well as providing personalized on call support to all of our customers in their mother language.

Though the digital environment is substantially automated and “English speaking”, we still believe in localization and human touch. We want to serve our customers in their language and make them feel at home hence our global presence with offices around the world.

Another important step towards simplicity is our new website with a user friendly interface that makes trading a piece of cake even for newbies while at the same time providing trading features already known and time-proven by traditional investors. Our Academy section that is a recent educational toy of BITmarkets will introduce you the world of crypto and blockchain whether you are a Beginner or even an Expert.

Shall we succeed? We are still in the process of “crypto made simple” implementation so it is too early to assess. However based on the feedback of our customers and the growth of our platform we think that at least we are in the right direction.

In the long run cryptocurrencies will gradually fill in the niche of the world’s financial system. Responding to a diverse range of needs for alternative transactions and secured assets, the volume and structure of investors and traders involved in crypto will keep growing. It seems that crypto is here to stay and so we are.
