Uniswap (UNI) is still working through the correction that followed its strong September rally. After climbing slightly above $10, the token pulled back toward the $7 area and is currently trading around $7.40, representing a decline of roughly 28% from the recent high.

The correction has also pushed UNI below an important Fibonacci level around $8.40. With the token now trading between this former support and a stronger demand zone below, the next reaction could help determine whether buyers begin rebuilding momentum or whether the correction extends further.

UNIUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

The loss of the $8.40 Fibonacci level has weakened the short-term technical picture. UNI has so far failed to recover this area and continues to consolidate below it, keeping near-term price action tilted toward the downside. A sustained daily move back above $8.40 could improve the structure and give buyers more room to rebuild momentum. Until then, UNI remains within the corrective phase that began after the September high.

The next clearly defined support area is located around $6.20–$6.60. This zone formed before the impulsive September move that carried UNI toward double-digit prices. Its position makes it particularly relevant during the current decline. A deeper correction into this area could provide a substantially lower price compared with the recent high while potentially keeping the broader September structure intact.

A sustained daily break below the $6.20–$6.60 zone, however, could weaken that structure and reduce the strength of the broader bullish setup.

Uniswap (UNI) price target

The first major Buy-Side Liquidity target remains around $10.90, above the September high. Additional liquidity is positioned near $12.30, $13.90, and $15.60. Before these levels become more realistic upside targets again, UNI would likely need to reclaim $8.40 and rebuild stronger bullish momentum.

For now, the market is positioned between two important technical references: the lost Fibonacci midpoint around $8.40 and the support zone at $6.20–$6.60. A sustained recovery above $8.40 could improve the short-term outlook and bring $10.90 back into focus, followed by $12.30, $13.90, and $15.60 if momentum strengthens further. Conversely, continued weakness could shift attention toward the $6.20–$6.60 support zone, where the market’s reaction could provide a clearer signal for UNI’s next move.
