Shiba Inu (SHIB) has attracted renewed attention after a sharp three-day rally highlighted a significant increase in buying activity. The move has strengthened the short-term outlook and created a clear support area, but the bullish scenario will depend on whether buyers can continue defending this zone.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) technical analysis

SHIB 29.7

SHIBUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

Between July 24 and July 26, SHIB gained more than 41%, marking an unusually strong bullish impulse. This move suggests that buyers entered the market with considerable strength, while the daily chart has since confirmed the reaction through the formation of a support zone between $0.0000042 and $0.0000049.

This zone, highlighted in blue on the attached chart, now represents the main foundation of the bullish setup. As long as SHIB continues to hold above it, the long-side scenario could remain valid. The lower boundary at $0.0000042 is particularly important. A daily candle close below this level could indicate that bullish momentum is weakening and that the market is no longer respecting the support created during the 41% rally.

Based on the current structure, a long position could be considered, provided daily candle bodies remain above the lower boundary of the support zone. From a risk-management perspective, a protective Stop Loss could be placed around $0.0000041. A move below this level may invalidate the current bullish setup and increase the probability of further downside.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) price target

If bullish momentum continues, the nearest Buy-Side Liquidity zones are located around $0.0000059 and $0.0000067. These levels represent logical upside objectives, as price could seek liquidity resting above previous highs.

For now, SHIB maintains a constructive technical structure following the 41% bullish impulse and the creation of the support zone between $0.0000042 and $0.0000049. As long as this area remains intact on the daily timeframe, the focus could stay on the upside targets at $0.0000059 and $0.0000067. A daily close below the support zone, however, may weaken the setup and call for more cautious position management.
