Dogecoin (DOGE) has recently shown encouraging signs of recovery after reclaiming an important technical level. The latest price action suggests that buyers are beginning to regain control, although the coming sessions will be important in determining whether this momentum can continue or whether the move loses strength.

Dogecoin (DOGE) technical analysis

DOGE 27.7

DOGEUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

DOGE recently swept the Sell-Side Liquidity zone around $0.069, marking an important technical event within the current market structure. By briefly moving below this level, the market likely triggered sell orders resting beneath recent lows before reversing higher.

The more significant confirmation came after this liquidity sweep, when price managed to close back above the resistance zone between $0.070 and $0.072. For better orientation, this zone is highlighted in blue on the attached chart. Rather than continuing lower after taking liquidity, DOGE reclaimed a key resistance area, improving the short-term technical outlook and supporting a more constructive price structure.

Based on this development, a long position could be considered, as the setup combines a Sell-Side Liquidity sweep with a confirmed reclaim above resistance.

Dogecoin (DOGE) price target

From a risk-management perspective, a protective Stop Loss could be placed below the recent low, around $0.068. A move below this level could weaken the bullish setup and suggest that the reclaim above resistance has failed.

On the upside, the nearest Buy-Side Liquidity zones are located around $0.079, $0.092, and $0.102. These levels could serve as potential upside objectives if bullish price delivery continues and the market seeks liquidity above previous highs.

For now, DOGE presents a constructive technical setup after sweeping Sell-Side Liquidity and reclaiming the resistance zone. As long as price remains above the reclaimed area and the key risk level near $0.068 holds, the market could continue moving toward the highlighted Buy-Side Liquidity zones. However, as with any technical setup, continued bullish momentum will depend on both price action and broader cryptocurrency market conditions.
