Polkadot (DOT) has recovered sharply after briefly trading below its recent September lows. The decline pushed the token toward the $1.10 area before buyers stepped back in, driving the price higher and helping DOT reclaim an important short-term support zone.

The rebound has improved the near-term technical picture, but the next move will depend on whether buyers can continue defending the newly reclaimed area and push toward the next major resistance levels.

Polkadot (DOT) technical analysis

DOT 12.10

DOTUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

DOT recently moved below $1.10, taking Sell-Side Liquidity beneath the previous local lows. The subsequent recovery was significantly stronger than the preceding decline, with the price quickly returning toward the $1.30 area. This reaction improves the short-term bullish case because DOT did not remain below the liquidity area for long. The rebound has also helped restore the sequence of higher prices that had been developing since the August low.

The main support zone is now located between approximately $1.12 and $1.20. This area sits directly above the recent liquidity sweep and forms the technical base of the current recovery. A future pullback into this zone could therefore become important for assessing whether buyers remain active.

Continued trading above $1.12–$1.20 could help preserve the improving structure, while a sustained move below the area could weaken the recovery and bring the recently swept liquidity zone back into focus.

Polkadot (DOT) price target

The nearest major Buy-Side Liquidity target is located around $1.45, making it the first significant upside test for the current recovery. A sustained move above $1.45 could strengthen the bullish structure and shift attention toward the next liquidity area around $1.75.

Above this level, the psychologically significant $2.00 area could become an intermediate technical reference before the larger Buy-Side Liquidity target around $2.40. For now, DOT has moved from a liquidity sweep below $1.10 into a constructive short-term recovery.

The $1.12–$1.20 support zone remains the key area to monitor, while $1.45 represents the first major upside objective. A sustained move beyond this level could bring $1.75, followed by $2.00 and $2.40, increasingly into focus.
