Transaction activity has risen sharply over the past several months, increasing by roughly 2 billion transactions since December. That represents growth of approximately 91%.
The rise in transaction volume has coincided with continued expansion in tokenized real-world assets across blockchain networks. Citing data from RWA.xyz, The Kobeissi Letter said the total value of distributed real-world assets across tracked blockchains has now surpassed $38 billion.
On Solana alone, tokenized real-world assets have grown to nearly $4 billion, increasing by approximately 11.8% over the past month. The figures highlight growing activity across both Solana’s broader ecosystem and its emerging role in the tokenization of traditional financial assets.
The increase in blockchain activity comes as SOL has gained roughly 40% over eight days, according to CoinMarketCap, with much of the move taking place alongside a broader recovery across the cryptocurrency market. The rally pushed SOL above $100 for the first time since February, marking a significant rebound for the token.
Momentum accelerated after the US Treasury Department announced plans to double certain long-dated government bond buybacks to at least $4 billion per operation. The announcement helped push Treasury yields lower and improved investor appetite for risk assets, contributing to gains across the wider crypto market.
Solana’s latest price recovery therefore comes alongside both stronger macroeconomic conditions and record levels of activity on its underlying blockchain.
