We have recently identified websites using the BITmarkets name and similar branding without authorization, including:
bitmarkets[.]ai
bitmarkets[.]cx
These websites are not owned, operated, authorized, or endorsed by BITmarkets. BITmarkets has no connection with these domains or with any individuals, entities, services, offers, payment requests, or communications associated with them. BITmarkets does not control the content, activities, products, services or communications associated with these domains and accepts no responsibility for any interactions conducted through them.
Certain websites may use a company’s name, logo, brand identity, or similar visual elements in a manner that may create the false impression of an association with the official website or communication channel. We therefore urge all users to remain cautious and verify that they are interacting only through official BITmarkets channels.
Before sharing any personal information, uploading documents, making a payment, or responding to a message, always check that the website address is correct and that the communication comes from an official BITmarkets source.
BITmarkets will never request sensitive information, account credentials, or payments through unofficial websites, unsolicited messages, or unverified communication channels. Users should be especially cautious of websites, emails, social media accounts, or direct messages that use similar branding, create urgency, promise unrealistic returns, or ask for funds to be sent outside official BITmarkets channels.
If you are unsure whether a website, message, or offer is legitimate, do not proceed. Contact BITmarkets directly through the official support desk before taking any further action.
BITmarkets values the trust placed in its brand and takes the protection of its users seriously. As a regulated crypto asset service provider, BITmarkets operates with a strong focus on security, transparency, compliance, and responsible communication.
The company continues to monitor authorized use of its name and brand and will take appropriate action where necessary to protect users and prevent the unauthorized use of its identity.
We encourage all users to stay alert, verify official channels, and report any suspicious websites or communications that appear to impersonate BITmarkets.
