TAO
Bittensor (TAO) has pulled back nearly 15% over the past month after a strong rally earlier in the quarter. Despite the recent weakness, the token remains up close to 20% since the beginning of 2026, reflecting the substantial recovery that developed from its summer lows.

With TAO now trading around $263, the price has retreated considerably from its late-September high near $340 and is approaching an important support area. The short-term picture has weakened, but several clearly defined levels could help determine whether buyers can stabilize the market or whether the correction extends further.

Bittensor (TAO) technical analysis

TAO 13.10

TAOUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

TAO is currently trading around $263, following a sustained pullback from the late-September highs. The nearest important support is located around $253–$255, which recently attracted buyer interest and now represents the first major level to monitor. Holding above this area could help stabilize the current correction and create conditions for another attempt higher. However, a sustained move below $253 could weaken the short-term structure and increase the possibility of a deeper decline.

The next significant support is located around $214, which formed during the September recovery and represents a more substantial structural level below the current market. If selling pressure intensifies further, the deeper support around $183 could eventually come back into focus. This area marked an important base during the summer and remains the strongest lower support visible on the current chart.

On the upside, TAO is now trading below a sequence of recent highs, meaning buyers would need to overcome several resistance levels before the bullish structure strengthens again.

Bittensor (TAO) price target

The first major upside target is located around $300–$302. This area acted as resistance during the latest recovery attempt and represents the nearest significant barrier above the current price. A sustained breakout above $300–$302 could improve the short-term technical picture and shift attention toward the next major resistance around $340.

The $340 area corresponds with TAO's late-September high and could therefore attract considerably stronger selling pressure if the token manages to recover toward it. On the downside, failure to hold $253–$255 could shift attention toward $214, while further weakness could eventually expose the deeper support around $183.

For now, $253–$255 represents the key downside area to watch, while $300–$302 is the first major upside obstacle. A recovery above resistance could bring $340 back into focus, while a sustained break below support could increase the likelihood of a deeper correction.
