With LIT now trading just above a key support level, traders may be watching to see whether the current consolidation develops into another leg higher or gives way to a deeper correction.

LITUSD - 1 Day Time Frame
LIT is currently trading around $2.09, comfortably above the psychologically important $2.00 support level. This area has become the nearest level buyers may look to defend, and holding above it could help preserve the token's broader recovery structure.
On the upside, the first major obstacle is the $2.35 support/resistance level, which is currently acting as resistance. A sustained move above this area could improve the short-term technical outlook and indicate that buyers are regaining momentum after the recent pullback.
For now, LIT appears to be consolidating between support and resistance. As long as the $2.00 level holds, the current structure could remain constructive, although a decisive breakout is likely needed before stronger bullish momentum can develop.
If LIT manages to break above the $2.35 resistance and establish it as support, the next upside target could be the $2.74 resistance level, last reached in mid-July. This area previously triggered a strong market reaction and may once again attract increased selling pressure.
A successful move above $2.74 would strengthen the bullish outlook and could open the door to higher price levels, although this would likely require improving sentiment across the broader cryptocurrency market. Conversely, if selling pressure increases and LIT loses the $2.00 support, attention could shift toward the next significant support around $1.38, which was last tested in mid-June 2026.
As with many cryptocurrencies, LIT's next major move could be influenced not only by its own technical structure but also by broader crypto market sentiment, macroeconomic developments, and geopolitical events. Traders may therefore benefit from monitoring these external factors alongside the key technical levels.
