Tencent Cloud, a global technology company's cloud business, has announced its dedication to supporting the growth of the Web3 ecosystem, which seeks to make a significant contribution to the evolving global Web3 community.

To reinforce its commitment to being a digital enabler for the Web3 industry, Tencent Cloud has revealed plans to develop a complete set of blockchain API services and its new Tencent Cloud Metaverse-in-a-Box offerings, providing a robust technological foundation for Web3 builders.

Tencent Cloud is prepared to utilize their technical experience in gaming, audio, and video to provide strong technical support for Web3 and partner with industry stakeholders to create a more immersive experience and foster a better Web3 ecosystem.

Tencent Cloud has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ankr, a Web3 infrastructure provider, to collaborate on the development of a comprehensive set of blockchain API services. These services will include a globally distributed and decentralized network of Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes, which will enable Web3 builders to power their projects with high performance

This suite of blockchain API services will be built on top of Tencent Cloud's infrastructure and will offer reliable and efficient connections to popular blockchains, benefitting projects such as Web3 games and social applications.
