Focused on integrating a consumer layer for the decentralized space, startup The Easy Company has recently secured $14.2 million in a seed round for building its social crypto wallet which aims to attract more users into the Web3 ecosystem.
The seed round featured a diverse group of investors, including angel investors entrenched within the social media realm and venture capital firms Scribble, Tapestry and Relay Ventures. This wallet will first undergo a 30-day private testing phase before going live on iOS and Android-powered platforms, and is aimed at leveraging users’ capabilities in searching, navigating and discovering what the Web3 world has to offer.
As much of Web3’s current product and services are too advanced for the average user, The Easy Company is striving to simplify the user experience by integrating user-friendly and exciting features which make it easier for users to socially engage with others in Web3.
