Blockchain technology is advancing, with the highly anticipated public debut of the Shibarium layer-2 version coming soon. The Shiba Inu team has declared that the platform is operational and ready for public use.
Shibarium, an Ethereum layer-2 network, has announced that the platform is now live and in private mode, having run flawlessly during its two-day test, and is on the approach of becoming public.
According to a recent blog post by the Shibarium team, monies are safe, and users can expect a new experience once the site is open to all. Those that profited from the update are already rejoicing as bridging BONE tokens enter the market.
In response to the development, the Shibarium community, known as Shib Army, has begun commenting on X (previously known as Twitter).
The Shibarium team was pleased with the progress, claiming that the network had reached a "ready" state after extensive testing and parameter modifications. Although testing is still ongoing, the team has discovered that blocks are being generated regularly and without error.
Recent improvements include additional safety features as well as a monitoring system. These improvements include the implementation of rate limits at the remote procedure call (RPC) level as well as an automatic server reset mechanism.
These enhancements are aimed to avoid potential problems caused by sudden traffic surges, ensuring users a consistent and stable experience.
