Indie game studio Metaverse Game Studios has announced the use of the ImmutableX system for their latest MMORPG game titled Angelic. It's a single-player AAA campaign game with a huge multi-player world that will run on the web3 platform. The partnership with ImmutableX will entail that the new game will be 100% gas-free and carbon-neutral. With this collaboration, both parties promise a quality game operating on a new, modern principle with zero negative ecological impact on the environment.

This game in the dark fantasy genre will be created by gaming veterans who have worked on world-famous and successful games such as Far Cry, Destiny or Diablo Immortal. The game will feature true asset ownership built right into the game world and players will create their own economy. Players will be able to equip themselves with a purchased in-game NFTs which'll represent their avatar in the Angelic universe.

The mentioned Metaverse Game studio has already raised over $10 million in the seed round. MMORPG titles have done very well in the web3 field in the past.
