Given the high level of correlation between altcoins, it is often difficult for traders to find a cryptocurrency with a different market situation than most of the sector.

As the recovery from the bearish move that caused the impulsive liquidity spike in Bitcoin is underway, Kaspa (KAS) retains its bullish market structure for the time being, making it a great alternative choice.

The main indicators of potential future growth for KAS are the two support zones (Fair Value Gaps) that the price has tested three times, always managing to close above them.

Additionally, after closing above the Higher High (HH) of the bull market structure (represented by the blue horizontal lines on the chart), a correction into the Discount zone occurred, located below the 0.5 Fibonacci level.

This reflects the necessary degree of correction needed for the subsequent bullish impulsive move.

When to buy Kaspa?

If you have decided to take advantage of this currency's potential and are considering a purchase, it is important to monitor key parameters throughout the trade.

Firstly, ensure that the price does not close below the lower support zone on the daily timeframe; candle shadows are acceptable. If a close occurs, the probability of a rise will be significantly reduced, and traders should sell most or all of their positions.

The second crucial step is to observe how the price behaves after surpassing the current HH, located just above the psychological level of $0.2. If the price breaks this high and subsequently forms a bearish impulsive move, it will also be considered an unfavorable factor for buying positions.

Ideally, the price will continue in bullish market structures without impulsive downward movements, respecting the Buy-Side Imbalance Sell-Side Inefficiency (BISI) zones that have been established and those that will be established in the future.
