Crypto Expo: The Importance of The Human Touch in the Era of Virtual Interactions

In the digital world of today where virtual meetings, conferences and other online interactions take place, the human touch may be absent. Amid the rapid rise of technology complexity and adoption, the human race has evidently evolved from homo sapiens to cyborgs.
There’s no doubt about it. What was once an admiration to technology and what it can bring to our lives is now an attachment, or more accurately, a dependency on the availability of the unlimited resources to go by our day-to-day.
Contemporary times are all about virtual conferences, webinars and online meetings, greatly popularized during the infamous COVID-19 pandemic where business had to go on. Mobile usage rocketed, as consumers resorted to technology-intensive services to buy groceries, stream videos, meet with colleagues and even pass the time with video games.
This however, can mean the absence of human presence. As a result, people are getting more detached, introverted and unwilling to engage in face-to-face activities with other fellow humans, and that grows the emotionless society.
BITmarkets does things a little differently. The kick-starting crypto exchange of course does business virtually. I mean, how else would the crypto fanatics buy, sell, convert and store crypto assets? They wouldn’t go to a bazaar to do so, and definitely won’t be phoning up an agent to make a cryptocurrency purchase.
With that being said, this doesn’t mean that we don’t value the human factor and genuine interactions. One of our paramount values is fostering creativity and advocating fruitful personal interactions, and these two go hand-in-hand; direct communication encourages the sharing of distinct ideas which in-turn breaks the barriers of close-mindedness and opens the doors to creativity.
BITmarkets have participated in multiple events around the world, not only to spread the word about our innovative and ingenious services, but to also interact with our clients & partners. There is no need to meet, but more of a desire.
In other words, the show goes on if a cryptocurrency exchange doesn’t hold events where traders can get together, but the relationship between the trader and the exchange will be non-existent, and that’s not what BITmarkets embodies.
Other than the communication aspect of the human touch is that while everything is digital nowadays, the human element emerges as an essential factor in guaranteeing industry-leading security, transaction confirmation and the monitoring of operations.
Recently, BITmarkets participated in three exciting events; the Crypto Expo in Dubai, the Bitcoin & Crypto Expo in London, and the Smart Vision Invest expo in Egypt. Exploring different hubs of business & culture, BITmarkets had the pleasure of meeting the traders which catalyzed the rise of our rapidly-growing community, which aid us in the personalization of our services.
At the London-based expo, BITmarkets was awarded with the Fastest Growing Crypto Exchange accolade, highlighting its achievement in attracting users from all corners of the earth in a rapid manner due to the growing reputation of our industry-leading services.
In light of the human touch, BITmarkets was named as the crypto exchange with the Best Educational Program at the Smart Vision Expo in early November which took place in Egypt. These two awards represent BITmarkets’ determination to engage with our community, and it doesn’t stop there.
At the London event, CEO Maria Apogeni actively participated in a panel discussion with other professionals of the crypto realm which encapsulated the contemporary trends and future outlook of cryptocurrencies, amid the imminent integration of Web 3.0 technologies.
The panel discussion and such events as a whole allow the prospering BITmarkets community and beginners alike to meet the exchange’s representatives in real-time, strengthening the bond between the exchange and its valued traders.
So, to wrap it up, genuine interactions ooze with emotions and mutual understanding which can’t be captured virtually, no matter how advanced technology gets.
The human touch and presence are necessary to build and strengthen healthy, mutually-beneficial and long-term relationships not only for cryptocurrency exchanges, but to any establishment which seeks to strengthen their bond with who they deal with.
Take it as a rule: Nothing will beat direct and face-to-face communication!
