LIGHTER LIT
Lighter (LIT) has staged a strong recovery after its recent correction pushed the price below $3.20. Following the move under the previous August lows, buyers gradually returned and helped drive the token back toward the $3.80 area.

With Lighter now trading around $3.70, the latest rebound has improved the short-term technical picture. Attention is shifting toward whether buyers can defend the newly reclaimed support areas and maintain enough momentum to challenge the higher liquidity levels above.

Lighter (LIT) technical analysis

LIT 22.10

LITUSD - 1 Day Time Frame

The decline from the September high near $5.55 accelerated during October, eventually sweeping Sell-Side Liquidity around $3.20. The price briefly traded below $3.00 before buying activity began to return. Several daily candles subsequently formed around the lower support area between approximately $3.15 and $3.22. The latest bullish move has carried the price decisively away from this region, suggesting that the previous bearish pressure may be weakening.

The most recent recovery has also pushed Lighter above the upper support zone around $3.45–$3.55. With the price currently trading near $3.70, this area represents the first important support level for the developing bullish structure. A corrective return toward this zone could attract renewed buyer interest. Holding above $3.45–$3.55 may support further upside, while a sustained move below the area could shift attention back toward the lower support around $3.20.

Lighter (LIT) price target

The nearest Buy-Side Liquidity is positioned around $4.65, where the previous October decline accelerated. A recovery toward this level could represent the first significant upside target following the recent liquidity sweep. Above that, the psychological $5.00 level remains another important technical reference, followed by Buy-Side Liquidity near $5.55, corresponding with the September high.

The recent recovery from the October liquidity sweep and the move above $3.45–$3.55 have created a more constructive short-term setup. Maintaining this newly reclaimed support could strengthen the case for further upside, with $4.65, $5.00, and $5.55 representing the main levels to monitor. Conversely, a sustained move back below $3.45 could weaken the recovery and bring the lower support around $3.20 back into focus.
