The duration of the Wealth Management program is one year (365 days) from the date of enrollment, but participants in the program can withdraw their investment and accumulated profits at any time, subject to termination fees.

To be eligible for this VIP program, clients must have an account with BITmarkets. The minimum investment threshold to join this program is 5,000 USDT, with 10% of the investment held in BTMT tokens. BTMT tokens available in the Spot Wallet will be used to suffice this criterion. The BTMT tokens will be locked up for a duration of one year.

Example:

Wealth Management Initial Investment: 10,000 USDT

BTMT Balance: 1,000 USD (10% of the total investment) worth of BTMT tokens should be in the client's spot wallet to enter the strategy.

Another Deposit to the Wealth Management Program: 5,000 USDT

BTMT Balance: 1,500 USD (10% of the total investment) worth of BTMT tokens should be in the client's spot wallet or wealth management lockup account to proceed with another deposit.

Total Wealth Management Investment: 15,000 USDT

Total BTMT Balance: 1,500 USD worth of BTMT

Yes, participants can withdraw their investment and accumulated profits at any time; however, a termination fee will be applied. A fee of 5% will be deducted from the total balance after performance fees have been applied if participants withdraw their investments before one year (365 days) has elapsed since the date of joining any of the Wealth Management programs available.

There are three types of fees that may be deducted from potential profits generated from the Wealth Management program:

Performance Fee:

Conservative Portfolio: 15% performance fee on all profits

Balanced Portfolio: 25% performance fee on all profits

Optimal Portfolio: 25% performance fee on all profits

Dynamic Portfolio (Progressive fees as higher returns are expected):

No performance fee for profit ranges up to 10%

30% performance fee on profit ranges between 10% and 50%

40% performance fee on profit ranges above 50%

Trading Fee:

All trades performed (both opening and closing positions) are subject to trading fees. The trading fee is 0.1% of the trading volume, which is calculated in USDT.

Termination Fee:

5% shall be deducted from the total balance after performance fees have been applied when participants withdraw their investments before one year (365 days) has passed since the date of joining any of the Wealth Management programs available.

The Conservative program is ideally suited for clients who prioritize capital preservation and prefer to take on minimal risk. It focuses on generating steady, reliable returns by investing in low-volatility assets that show consistent performance.

Sharpe Ratio: Measures a portfolio's returns that exceed the risk-free rate per unit of risk. A higher ratio indicates better total risk-adjusted returns.

Sortino Ratio: Measures a portfolio's excess returns per unit of downside risk. Compared to Sharpe, this ratio only takes into account the downside risk and not the upside.

Calmar Ratio: Compares a portfolio's return to its maximum drawdown (largest peak-to-trough decline). A higher Calmar Ratio indicates better performance with smaller drawdowns.
