The Financing Rate, also referred to as a swap, is the interest charged for holding a leveraged margin position overnight. When you use leverage, part of your position is funded with borrowed funds, and a financing charge may apply for as long as the leveraged position remains open. If you trade without leverage and do not use borrowed funds, no financing charge applies.

The applicable financing rate may vary depending on the instrument and market conditions and is displayed on the Margin trading platform. The financing rate is charged to the total value of the open position.
