Polygon-based streaming App SAVAGE has teamed with Samsung to offer high-quality photos and movies to Web3 users. The streaming protocol stated that its collaboration with the company will assist strengthen its Web3 capabilities.
According to SAVAGE, their smart TV software has a capability which allows for smooth IRL display integration. Furthermore, the software is encased in right-managed contracts encoded in the metadata, giving it the ability to reach over 25 million homes. SAVAGE recently partnered with SupraOracle, a well-known Web3 blockchain platform, to help the creative economy get additional NFT profits. The The app relied on the collaboration to expand its use cases by utilizing the Oracle network, which can connect with several NFT assets across multiple chains. Polygon has continued to encourage the growth of DeFi applications.
In addition, Meta released a toolset in November to enable Instagram users to mint and trade NFTs using Polygon. Therefore, Instagram content producers may now develop and sell digital artifacts both on and off the site. Last December, it teamed with the biggest e-commerce giant Flipkart. Polygon also worked with other Web2 companies like Nike and Starbucks in 2022 to transition its consumers towards Web3.
