Web3 Will be Given a New Programming Language by Epic Games

Web3 Ting

Epic Games, the developers behind the creation of the Unreal Engine, which is globally regarded as the best software used to make games and behind the famous video game Fortnite, has decided to create a new programming language for the web3. They called it Verse.

Among the competitors in programming languages existing in the metaverse are Solidity, Clarity, Curry, Mercury, and Rust. The main purpose of the Verse programming language will be to provide the ability to create an environment in which social interactions between players will take place in a 3D and in a real time. It will support an open economy based on given rules and is not influenced by corporate overlords. Like the Unreal Engine, this programming language will be available to every programmer, artist and designer who wants to use it. These programs will cooperate with each other along with Unity, another well-known game production software.

The main benefits of the mentioned language will be better scalability, interoperability and the provision of prompt transactions. All these features will thus cover the aspects where crypto lags.
