Depositing Funds

To deposit funds and begin your crypto adventure, you can either choose to deposit via wire transfer, debit/credit card, or cryptocurrency.

The following deposit conditions apply:

- Wire transfer minimum deposit: 100 USD (8.5% fee)

- Credit/debit card minimum deposit: 10 USD (0% fee)

Wire Transfer Deposits

To deposit funds via wire or bank transfer, head towards your myBITmarkets zone and, select Deposit and choose the Bank Wire Transfer option as your payment method.

Next, follow the wire transfer instructions shared to you on the myBITmarkets zone.  It should be a matter of several business days before your funds are credited in your account.

Debit/Credit Card Deposits

Using your debit/credit card to deposit funds may be the quickest and most efficient to get the job done. All you have to do is set the amount you would like to deposit and select the Kryptova payment option before proceeding.

Enter your card details, pay and voila! After your card is verified, you can use it to deposit funds. Funds deposited via debit or credit cards will be instantly credited. They'll be hot & ready for some serious crypto business.

Crypto Deposits

Fund your wallet with the 100+ cryptocurrencies we support, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and PancakeSwap. Simply select the currency of your choice and show its corresponding address, which you'll utilize to finally send the crypto from your other wallets.

Withdrawing Funds

Before going into detail, here are the withdrawal conditions to note down:

- Bank transfer withdraw fees: 2.5% or 100 USD minimum

- Crypto withdraw fees: 0%

Withdrawing via Bank Transfer

To transfer funds to your bank account, you must first transfer your funds to your SPOT wallet. Next, visit your SPOT wallet and select FIAT - withdraw to SWIFT and the amount you wish to withdraw.

After receiving and confirming the summary email, your funds will be frozen and our withdrawal process begins! You should receive your funds within the following 2 business days.

Withdrawing Crypto

To withdraw cryptocurrencies to your other wallets, visit your unique myBITmarkets zone & select the Withdraw button. Next, select Crypto and you'll be able to send cryptocurrency to other wallets.

All you have to do next is selecting the amount you would like to withdraw and fill the wallet address which you want to send your crypto to.

Make sure that you're inputting the correct address. Each crypto has its own address, so Bitcoin should be sent to a Bitcoin address, Ethereum must be sent to an Ethereum address; you get the idea.
