What is Balancer?

Balancer (BAL) is a decentralized automated market maker (AMM) and liquidity protocol that enables users to create and manage customizable liquidity pools. Launched in 2020, Balancer allows users to trade cryptocurrencies in a decentralized, low-slippage, and gas-efficient manner.
